At the same time, since the wet production process uses polyethylene base material, the melting point of the polyethylene base material is at 135-140 ℃, so, compared with the lithium battery separator produced by the dry production process, the lithium battery produced by the wet production process The thermal stability of the diaphragm is relatively poor, and it is easy to shrink at high temperature and cause a short circuit.
