The patent belongs to Ishikawa Shimizu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan; Type B is spherical and is equipped with some secondary leak proof compartments to prevent a small amount of goods from leaking. The patent belongs to KVANERNERMOS. The membrane type can be divided into two types: Technigaz and Gaz Transport. The inner wall of the former is corrugated. Its characteristics are: many prefabricated parts can be processed to shorten the shipbuilding time. Due to the thin insulation layer, the corresponding cargo loading capacity is slightly larger, but the insulation materials are expensive, and the insulation is bonded, which cannot be changed after construction. The quality control requirements are strict. The latter is made of flat INVAR steel (36% nickel steel) with a thickness of 0.7mm and a width of 500mm.
